Capital Campaign
It all started with a bunny...
And a person who had a passion for rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming rabbits. Our founder, Rachel McCarl, saw the need for a rabbit-specific rescue in Iowa and started A Home for EveryBunny in 2017 with a goal to rescue ten bunnies. That first year, the rescue quintupled her goal by successfully placing 53 rabbits into their forever homes, including our first adoptee, Tia (pictured). Five years and 550+ rabbits later, A Home for EveryBunny continues to grow beyond our wildest dreams. We have a diverse network of foster homes and volunteers throughout the state of Iowa. The rescue is completely volunteer-led. All of our fundraising goes directly to care for rabbits. Of course all of the progress brings about growing pains as well. We are pleased to announced our 2022 capital campaign to raise funds to purchase a "Bunny Bus." In 2021, volunteers used their personal vehicles to drive over 10,000 miles for rescue work. We had to rent U-Haul trucks six times to pick up hay, food, and other supplies to our foster homes. Our goal is to raise $50,000 for a vehicle that can handle all of this, as well as allowing us to provide mobile bunny grooming services (bunny spas). About the event
A Home for EveryBunny's 5th Anniversary Gala is a fundraising event to purchase a "Bunny Bus" in 2022.

Event Schedule
3:00-3:30 PM - Registration. If you arrive early, please enjoy a drink at the cash bar.
3:30-5:30 PM - Mingle, eat, drink, and participate in lots of fun activities and silent auction and raffle. 5:30 PM - Silent Auction closes. 5:30-6:00 PM - Silent auction and raffle winners announced (must be present to win/take items home). |

Regular tickets are $40 and include: -Admission to the event -Heavy hors d'oeurves -Access to a silent auction and raffle -Activities and entertainment Premium tickets are $50 and include: -Everything associated with the regular tickets and a VIP swag bag Each table has eight seats, so grab your friends and family and purchase together! Tickets will be available for purchase until May 13 or when we sell 200 tickets, whichever comes first. You will not receive a physical ticket. Once you've purchased a ticket, you'll be in our system and we'll check you in when you arrive at the event. All tickets must be purchased in advanced - there will be no tickets available at the door. |
